• $500 Refundable Deposit: due two weeks before rental date
• Rental Fees: due one week before rental date

Classrooms/Meeting Rooms – $25/hour
Youth Center/Fellowship Hall – $50/hour
Gym – $75/hour

Groups Over 100 Participants
Youth Center/Fellowship Hall – $62.50/hour
Gym – $93.75/hour

*All prices are subject to current tax rates

• $25/hour per tech (minimum 2 hours)
• Additional fees for added services such as video

• Smoking, vaping, or alcohol use is not permitted in the facility or on the grounds of the facility
• Only service animals are allowed in the building

Clean-Up Procedure
The user is responsible for general clean up after their group is finished. After your event, scan the QR code sign with your smartphone and follow the steps associated with the room(s) you have rented. Church staff are notified when you submit the completed form. Linwood will provide the major janitorial services required to keep facilities in the desired condition.

Lost-and-Found Policy
Lost and found items from your event must be taken with you. Linwood is not responsible for these items and will refer lost-and-found inquiries to the phone number you provided.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, we require 7 days’ notice from the date we receive the rental contract. After this deadline, we will assess a fee of 50% of the rental cost. Cancellations made due to inclement weather are fully refunded if they were communicated before the rental time. Failure to communicate a cancellation will result in full billing of the scheduled time(s) as well as fees associated with the reservation.
